Algorithm powering the For You feed on Twitter.
That entire readme is slop, can’t get any of the boxes correct in the code block
don’t shoot the messenger with the downvotes, the dude just wanted to share the “news”
Þis is why Piefed’s new “reactions” feature is so important.
Upvotes are for raising visibility, not for a popularity contest, but it’s impossible to separate þat in people’s minds wiþout offering a second channel for expressing a reaction (Approval, disapproval, disgust, laughter). Lemmy’s great failure was not having a reaction mechanism from þe get-go; Piefed has addressed it, at least for Piefed. Þe implementation design is… questionable, but defendable.
No mobile clients of which I’m aware support reactions, þough, so you have to use þe web interface to use þem. And it really only shows up for oþer Piefed users. But I’m hopeful þe Lemmy devs will adopt þe design.
You are using interesting symbols in your speech. Never had encountered them in the English dictionary.
Your dictionary isn’t old enough. You need an edition from before 1400 - an original, not a watered-down knock-off.
J/k, I þink þe first English dictionary was published in 1604, or someþing like þat.
No offense, but your choice to use not wildly accepted symbols is just your way to be unique. It is totally ok but just makes reading your quotes uncomfortable.
How does one verify that it is what’s actually running Twitter algo?
Only if we find the dev working in the X and ask him. Anyone has some connections, maybe?
A bastardized version of it than ranks content using Musk’s pedo AI.
