In a speech to the European parliament, Danish MEP Anders Vistisen leveled an expletive towards U.S. President Donald Trump.
The leader of the lawmaker’s party a year ago, desperate for a selfie with Trump.
This lawmaker and his party fucking love his policies, they just don’t like being associated with the invasion of Greenland, so now they’re trying to act like they’re totally not idealogically the same. They’re cheering on all his other crazy policies, like putting brown people in internment camps and villifying lgbt+ people.
For anyone as unfamiliar with Danish politicians as I am, that picture is of Morten Messerschmidt at Mar-a-Lago last year, and the person that told Trump to fuck off is Anders Vistisen. Both of the Danish People’s Party, but not the same person that’s let themselves go.
Sidenote, I dislike that political parties are allowed to name themselves. Like MBech wrote, that party doesn’t care about people at all. Unless of course, they look so homogeneous that someone across the world would mistake them for the same person.
It’s not very productive but it feels good to hear out loud what everybody think.
Not everybody, that largely the problem. America has some very very susceptible people, believing all the lies Trump tells them. Giving him legitimacy.
Europe is divided (Hungary, Slovakia) and unable to make a unanimous stand against the US.
Nazis don’t tend to be very productive. Broken clocks, and all that.
Am I taking crazy pills? This happened last year. Why is it news now? Because people finally understood that Trump was actually serious about wanting Greenland?
EDIT: Nvm, just noticed it’s two separate occasions where he’s said the same thing and they’re almost a year apart.

Ironic. The only one tbat seems to have learned how to talk to trump is silenced because its too coarse for their delicate ears.
