Ok i’m not going to pretend i understand how most of their financial plans are supposed to work but why was it being sent to the US in the first place and not invested in the EU till now?
As allies, EU and US would help each other.
It is, by design, nearly impossible to put a monetary value on the net aid. The whole point of this financial entanglement is to strengthen the relationship and make it much harder to break up.
Well i guess Trump’s warmongering made it pretty easy now.
