SNW or Picard… is like choosing which form of torture. How about just “no”.

I have yet to watch SNW past the point where the illogical irrational emotional vulcans first appear.

Picard, I endured the lot. Kept trying really really hard to like it, because it has Jean Luc Picard in it. Kept trying really really hard to suspend disbelief and ignore all the dumb. Kept trying to tell myself it had redeemed itself a little bit for season 3. But no. You’re right. Cannot build a sound house on such swampy sloppy ground.

It’s not trek. None of the Kurtzman dross is trek. Roddenberry spinning so fast in his grave, hook up a dynamo, and we could power a warp drive.

I do wish someone would confront the makers of the Kurtzman crap with the idea “what if all art is a tool of manifestation”, and let them face the horror of what they’ve done.

picard/patrick stewart seemed very Low energy in his acting for the whole show, like hes just not into it at all, likely hates doing trek roles by now, since had done it for along time before. wasnt kurtzman the showrunner of transformers, and he admited he dint watch any trek series, and just ignored continuity?

Picard was alot worse than snw , snw was so-so bordering on s a D+, by season 2 the writing was so bad by the end of the season.
