Built this to solve my own problem of forgetting complex commands. Instead of digging through shell history or notes, cli-stash lets you:

  • Browse shell history and save commands (Ctrl+A)
  • Fuzzy search through saved commands
  • Select and insert directly into terminal prompt
  • Auto-sort by usage frequency

    Isn’t cat ~/.bash_history | fzf (with a few tweaks to .bashrc) doing precisely the same thing?
