There is no more NIH, that was most of the worlds Biomedical research. All gone.
Some guy with an LLM is not going to cure brain tumors. At best, a series of hypotheses will be generated that will take 20 years to test, but will not be tested because there is no research funding.
The world has still not clued in. There are no more drug pipelines and in 5 years, there will be no new drugs for any disease unless China prioritizes it.
