At this point I wouldn’t trust my child in a public school if I could even have one. My time there was horrible and it’s only gotten worse for everyone I’ve known younger than me.

It’s like being in a prison, check points and metal detectors, everything you do or say as a student is scrutinized and you learn nothing but how to be a good little nationalist.

I said it over a decade ago and I still believe it now, our schools need to be reformed in their entirety. I learned more from meeting someone in college that valued knowledge than I believed ever mattered in grade school.

And when I started to meet people from abroad I was aghast that university existed, and they likewise that I never attended one.

What assholes! C’mon! Stop! Most of us want to live together. If you want to live only within your own color blindfold, do that! The rest of us don’t need you in our lives. Go away!
