Technically yes but it’s very simple. Butter, garlic, black pepper, and a whole bunch of hot sauce. I use Frank’s since that’s the classic flavor but any hot sauce works great!
Will have to give it a shot sometime!
I think sweet can be good if it’s balanced with spicy. Otherwise it gets cloying. Never tried breaded wings before, I always just focus on crisping the skin as much as possible. Will have to think on that one…
Always a banger option as well! Really hard to go wrong with chicken wings :)
Normal sized buffalo, each one just has 10000 of these wings.
Honestly you can just do a dry rub and skip the sauce, buffalo is a favorite in our household though!
Rice and beans. Can make a massive amount at a time. Adding some sausage or coconut milk makes it even heartier and adds interesting flavors without much effort.
Yummm going to have to give that a shot next time!
I have not yet - but I will have to soon! Costco often carries oxtail and I think for a reasonable price… I’ll have to check next time we’re there.
Just finished the Food Lab by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt, and I really loved it! There are plenty of recipes in it, but it is more focused on techniques and the “why” behind a lot of things. I’d also recommend his YouTube channel super heavily.

Elite topping choices.
