Every fucking customer hates our AI answering the phone. Yet USAA insist that customer use it. A lot of customers have told me they are considering going somewhere else for insurance over it.

Unfortunately I think most of the another use it too. At least with All state, progressive, and state farm and some other have local agents. But can promise the Allstate one only do sales you got issues or questions they direct to customer service that uses AI to answer the phone.

Fuck up part we all using the same AI tool even phone companies.

Or read disclosure for my members so I don’t have to. But that it fucking things are fucking incompetent. Work insurance people will get line pissed that got me instead of banking. They will say I told the AI I needed to order checks. Yet it sends them to insurance division instead of banking.

But even job hunting had two prospective jobs tried to use AI to conduct the interview. They fucking outsourcing that. I refused both interviews.

Was legally married for 12 years but only together for 11 months. She ran off when our son was 2 months old. Tried multiple times to get a divorce. But courts don’t like giving divorce when the another party not able to chime in. Years later she reached out ask for a divorce so she could marry another man. Told her to pay for it.
