I work 2x in office, less if I have a somewhat passable reason to not go in. And I can WFH for a few weeks at a time if I need to travel for whatever reason.

Biggest difference between then and now is that people now know exactly what they will get into with Trump this time around. Back then, a lot of undecided voters and third -party voters were willing to give him a chance.

Yet, millions of women will still go vote for him in November. Go figure.

It hopefully means that Harris is also making gains in those states.
Florida’s status changes depending on how many retirees move to the state in any given year. When many move, it usually goes more conservative.
Imagine how many children could be fed with that money. Absolutely immoral.
I’ve never heard anyone claiming that Biden won his debate. I’ve heard some say it was survivable, which it was not. Having watched both debates, I think it’s pretty safe to say that Biden lost his and Harris won hers. Both with rather big margins.
He says he won and his supporters believe it. That’s all they need. Doesn’t matter if he was dominated or not.
Yeah, the debate was never going to make any difference for the bases of either party. But it might make a difference for moderates and independents.
Companies don’t make as much money when it’s repairable. Washers and dryers used to last 20-25 years with a few repairs here and there. But companies weren’t making any money, so they started making unrepairable junk instead.
