We live in a world where most elites are sociopaths attracted to power like moths to light, and will always try to do the maximum they think they can get away with to benefit themselves. Proper political systems don’t get rid of this because its a human nature thing, they weaponize it by organizing power structures to align those interests with sections of the people

No matter how bad you want it to be, discriminating against a higher class is not the same as a lower one. And compared to the history where women couldn’t have bank accounts without a man’s signature, could legally be rapid by their husband, this does not compare. To say nothing of the fact that men have real problems caused by the same patriarchy, the education and suicide gaps for example, being victims of non sexual crimes at a much higher rate, why is this the hill you die on?
