Interesting, I didn’t realize that Google Suite enterprise options had become so robust.

Yep! They were a godsend in the first two weeks. I’ve also been going to AA meetings in VR.
How are you handling compliance/legal obligations like DLP policies on your email and cloud storage, legal holds and investigations, data tagging, and retention policies? I’m under the impression that only Microsoft offers those in a single product.
Alcohol, but I’m 53 days sober
There’s really no competitor for large orgs with robust technology needs.
That sounds amazing actually
Outside of work I can probably deep focus for 1 to 2 hours per day. Working a full-time job and taking care of a home is simply too exhausting for me to focus longer than that.
I do want to caution that hobbies and passions shouldn’t make you feel rundown. It’s great to have a goal, but make sure you’re taking care of yourself and having fun along the way.
A quarter oz is $40-$70 at dispensaries in my area (medical legal state)
I gave up in the first episode when a pair of cops drew their firearms, and the one said to the other “safeties off”. And the other cop just brushes the slide release because he was holding a Glock, which famously does not have a safety. I just couldn’t take it seriously after that.
What’s the best thing you learned and the most useless thing you learned?
Fuck it, UDP all the way. Who cares if the data actually arrives?
I play my Switch now and then, and tend to dump unnecessary amounts of money towards always having the latest console, but there’s been nothing shown that has tempted me to get a Switch 2. I’ll wait until there’s a new Zelda game and an OLED model.
I think it would be interesting to tie AI into player-generated content, like in VRchat. Imagine being able to describe a room or environment and have AI immediately build it around you, then you can tweak it. It would be like the Holodeck on Star Trek.
A women’s clothing brand. Back when I was on Reddit there was a subreddit for it and all of the women would brag about their weekly hauls that they spent hundreds on, and how they would have to hide it from their husbands, or how their constant purchases were leading to fights in their household. It was insane.
In my state you get a CCW just by walking into the courthouse, no classes needed, so I’m not sure how it works elsewhere.
I changed my first name, and if I ever get married I’d take my partner’s last name. I’ve considered just changing my last name by myself but I would have no idea what name to pick. Ultimately I carry their name, but I’m not part of their family.
Just in case, if you’re unfamiliar with firearms most community colleges offer firearm safety courses for cheap or free.
This fits. I denied an applicant recently because he had not yet acquired the level of fear necessary to succeed in the role. Lack of fear means stupid mistakes. I’ll take the battle-hardened veteran any day.
VR Chat two days a week, Horizon three days a week, Resonite one day a week. It’s a slightly different crowd between the platforms with some overlap. We play Walkabout Mini Golf once a month, too.
