What’s your budget, and how long do you want the non-stick coating to last for you? EDIT: actually I wasn’t familiar with that Anolon, and it looks nice. I’ve been hankering for the Misen carbon non-stick. Both look nice, and I think Misen has the slight edge on non-stickiness and ease of use and upkeep. Your opinion may differ, but I think both would be solid options.

It works with Linux?!?! Sounds like I need to do some investigation myself.

I’m thinking of starting out in that imadethis community, since I’m already in it, and it’s a nice group, and I doubt there are many of us dorky label people out there. I like to make fun labels for my prescriptions, kitchen spices, etc. working on one now in fact. Will post when I’m done. It’s kicking my butt a little bit, so I’m taking a break.

On paper, the best one is the Brother P-Touch Cube. And there are a wide variety of different colored 3rd party label tapes available to avoid paying the brother tape markup. And it does varying widths of tape up just under 1”. The iOS app for label making that it works with is trash. The Mac app is pretty bad, but after a good amount of practice, I am getting pretty good with it, and am discovering new things often. I hear the windows app is pretty great, but I haven’t tried it, nor the android app.

What label maker do you use and do you know what label format?
