Too little, too late. People like myaelf are already using DeepSeek among other open models & they’re widespread.

This is one of the reasons why I don’t use American AI chatbots.

They just need to die & let either open-sourced, decentralized & federated social media platforms like Lemmy, Discuit, Loops, Pixelfed, PieFed, PeerTube & Mastodon thrive, or bring back old school, traditional forums that were popular befote the big, social media boom that had happened since 2010.

You always have something like Lemmy & Discuit.

Numerous subjects & communities of subreddits is why. There’s Public Freakouts, News, Video Games, Health, Television, etc.

Right. They’re much better than Reddit these days.
