I’m personally waiting for a folding iPhone. I use an (old, 2nd gen) iPad to mix guitar tracks that I record, but it’s to the point where I can’t run effects and my DAW without having both crash. My phone’s also a bit long in the tooth so having one device that can do both jobs would be ideal for my particular use case.

So use a different panel/controls for that. I should not be able to start a car from a USB port or Bluetooth EVER, no matter how locked down the system is. Nothing with that sort of connectivity should come anywhere near the engine.

Right, but the vast majority of districts are gerrymandered to hell and back, leaving the state purple at best when in all actuality it’s actually very, very blue. Short of somehow convincing our state legislators to undo all the gerrymandering, the next best thing to do is convince all the rest of the repuglicunts to change their views and start voting blue.
