18 days agoI’ve been looking at getting a Sovol, specifically the SV06 Plus ACE.
I wonder what others think about them compared to some of the other options mentioned.

I’ve seen a few of these “shell tricks” articles. This one I actually learned quite a few, which I will promptly forget when I actually need to use them.

10·3 months agoIt took me a long time to figure out that “GRTT” is “Graded Modal Type Theory”. Letting others know, if they want to look into it further.
Well, it is organic lubricant, I suppose.
I misread “buttfucking” as “butterfucking”, which I am now going to start using.
You need to put a double space at the end of a line if you use only a single return, or two returns for the text to appear on a new line with more spacing between.

I am always surprised I don’t hear more discussion about Automotive Grade Linux.
12·6 months agoI could never get this to work with my Sonos speakers but always had hope so I wouldn’t need to use their stupid app.
I don’t know when it got fixed because I haven’t tried in several months, but it’s working now!
They have to reflow any time the user resizes their windows.
The whole operating system is even named after that concept.

There was this animation of a cuckoo clock floating on a black background. The bird would pop out and start rocking to the song Should I Stay or Should I Go by The Clash.
The only context I have is that it was around the turn of the millenium, on an old Macintosh LC computer.
But it wasn’t dd-mm-yyyy, it was dd.mm.yyyy which looks a lot like a version number in this context.
