I’d argue it can alternatively be viewed as humanizing the animals instead of dehumanizing slaves. There are people who feel a human life is not superior to animal’s life. They see the suffering of domesticated animals (eg. cows, pigs) as a super cruel kind of slavery, without being less repulsed and shocked by human slavery.

I think they understand but do not agree. Their vision of making the country better is just different, so much so that liberals are unable understand it IS actually what someone could want. They do want to live in a nationalistic distopia.

I agree, but that doesn’t change anything, right? Even if you are in the 2% most intelligent and you’re somehow immune, you still have to live with the rest who do get influenced by AI. And they vote. So it’s never just a they problem.
