One is rotation, but the other is revolution.
Rotation: circular motion of a body about its own axis.
Revolution: motion of an object moving around another object.

I think you mean storage. Memory is, at the moment, oddly expensive.

This. The problem is Windows can’t read ext4 or Btrfs, and though Linux can handle NTFS, it isn’t great.
When I was first switching to Linux a few years ago, I did have a shared library using NTFS. It mostly just worked, but the occasional game would refuse to start, and I had no issues once I was no longer using NTFS.
Goodbye, Farewell and Amen (the last episode) holds up well as some of the best TV ever made. They really ended on a high note unlike so many more modern series.

Yep, that $2 sensor is really driving up costs.

The US system is so horrendously and completely biased towards the GOP, I don’t think polls mean much. Most of the country can not want a Republican and they’ll still be “fairly” elected.
I know we’re talking about midterms, but this is especially true of the Electoral College, where states with lower populations end up with higher representation per capita. Empty land doesn’t vote, but it does change elections in favor of the GOP.

It was for me as well. Proton has been mostly there for years. I’m about to hit year 4 of gaming only on Linux.
I think the last hold out is kernel-level anti-cheat. Hoping it just goes away and consumers stop supporting it. One can dream.

I’m not going to dwell on how annoying it is that it took people THIS LONG to get off the Windows train. I’m just happy to see the world changing for the better.
Welcome to civilization, new Linux users!

We’ve reached the point where it’s clear he’s culpable. Now MAGA has to convince its base that what he’s culpable for is different than how it appears.
And they’ll fall for it. Stupids gonna stupid.

Basic capitalism, Donnie: you pay, people work. You don’t pay, people don’t work.

Years of nepotism being the only thing that really matters will lead to such things

Yup. Keep your eye on the prize. It’s shocking and sad that a whole political party got culty for a pedo, but here we are.

How can they handle so much winning?

Considering these are also the “socialism doesn’t work people”, they sure as hell put a lot of effort into making sure people don’t vote for it.

Brace embrace

A respected academic telling me that something or another in data is “suggestive” means something. From a rando pseudoscientist working from the armchair, it means fuck all.

This guy is so dense that he doesn’t realize MRIs come with reasons for needing an MRI.

Such fiscal responsibility from the GOP. They can’t govern for shit but they sure can spend our money.
Shouldn’t it at least be an armored GMC? America first something something
