The captcha test typically isn’t whether you can correctly identify it, it’s whether your actions on the computer appear to be human. Hesitation, moving the mouse like a human, etc. Which square you pick, doesn’t matter in the end. However, I do believe they have used that for training data to help AI.
Cheese pizza isn’t necessarily done with mozzarella or at least not just with mozzarella. I’ve seen places have both on the menu (Cheese + Margherita)
