The massive investments being made aren’t economically viable.

Tax law isn’t the only area where these tools will be used by the wealthy to find loopholes and exploit the system to their advantage. There’s no reason to think they won’t be used to skirt all sorts of other regulations as well - environmental, public health, stock trading, etc.
