I’m definitely making fun of the original post. “Your phone is bad and you should feel bad based on this cherry picked set of metrics” is one of the dumbest debates of all time. Right up there with “my OS is better than your OS”.
Let people like what they like.
But if we don’t make the kind of phone we use our entire identity how will we know who we’re totally better than?
The Bambu A1 (mini or full size) may be a good fit for you. Price point is there or below if you opt out of the multi color unit, and they are remarkably beginner friendly.
I’ll disagree with the above. I’ve been using flakes for over a year now for my projects and they are fantastic for both personal use and for distributing along with a public repository.
I’ve been able to dump both Docker and asdf-vm for flake files with direnv, and am very happy with the workflow.
