I used to play a game with a small group of people called “non-colloquialism” where it was forbidden to use any contractions, abbreviations, slang, etc. There were some contentious rules like whether “fax” was acceptable, but “OK” definitely was not.
I grew up in suburban NJ and had a pizza place 4 houses down from me. Something that’s hard to find outside of the northeast that I’ve started making from scratch is sicilian style, which has a crust almost like focaccia. Its thicker but not quite deep dish, and also airy and a bit chewy.
I usually have it with mushroom and castelvatrano olive, and these days its miyokos pourable mozzarella. In the spring I also make a cheeseless one with spring onion, fennel, garlic, and olive oil.
The most important part for me is a good coating of olive oil on the bottom, cooked in a bottom-heated oven at the highest it can go (mine is 550°F) for about twelve minutes, which gives the bottom a brown just past golden.
My go-to exit node is in Albania, especially when using NewPipe. I heard that its illegal for YouTube to run ads in Albania, so if that’s true they might not put in effort to block Albanian IPs.
Aside from that, I can sympathize as that happens very often to me as well. I have JS turned off by default so when I see a site asking me to turn it on its usually for the cloudflare bot check. I’m not doing any heavy duty website usage by any means, so I have some patience for that, but also I am far less likely to use a site that requires JS which makes VPN hurdles easier to manage. I basically only switch it off when I need to access a .gov site.
Not a massive penalty, it was just that everybody else would be really smug about how uncivilized you were. It could get annoying when you had 5 people doing a performative mockery of a late 19th century aristocratic stereotype in chorus. Lots of “Oh dear” and “I say” and miming of the adjusting of a monocle.
