Yeah, this seems right. I had an easier time going through Brussels Zaventem during the September 2025 airport cyberattacks than I did Dallas-Fort Worth first week of this past January (before the TSA strike started). Even my straightest, cis-est, whitest, most American coworker (this is how he describes himself) got stopped and taken to a separate room for 40 minutes, and then we got rebooked to a flight two days later with no hotel accommodations, and no car. Wait this is so true, and I’ve never even thought about it. Space photography has a lot of pictures from the Moon, Mars, and Venus (I’ve never seen those Titan photos, so thank you for the link), but there are no “real” photos of a planet with oceans. That might be where the “uncanny valley” kicks in, with my brain going “this doesn’t look quite right”. I do get a similar feeling when I see AIgen videos, so you might be onto something!
