Remember when people prioritized genocide on the other side of the planet and now they’re going to get it right here at home?

One side wanted a two state solution the other side wanted to bulldoze Gaza. The intellectually lazy said ‘they’re both the same’ and sat out with a smug simle on their faces.

False. One side giggles to themselves while telling their voters a two state solution is possible while they sat back and allowed Gaza to be bulldozed. The other looked at the rubble of Gaza created by the previous guys and promised to build a tacky golf course on top of it.

You’ve been lied to. A two state solution hasn’t been possible for many years. Democrats know this. They decide to collectively pretend that it’s still something they hope for, as voters like yourself are easy to fool.

Both sides are the same in outcome. The only real difference is that Republicans practice performative cruelty, while Democrats feign compassion.

Can you provide any evidence that the death rate in Gaza has been higher under Trump than under Biden? Any at all? Because my understanding is that the worst parts of the conflict were during the Biden term. Trump was a lot more crass about it, openly celebrating the murder of Palestinians. But Biden instead publicly lamented their deaths while also enabling them.

          Precisely my fucking point.

You’re wanting evidence from a hypothetical. We can’t know what Harris would have done because she’s not potus right now. People on the left stayed home and now we have our own Nazi tick dug up our fucking asshole because of it.

Yeah it sucks Harris and the DNC fully supported the genocide in Gaza. Hopefully they, and the american public, has learned their lesson.

        fully supported

Not sure you understand what these two words together mean.

One side was floating arms shipment cancellations and trying to broker a peace deal. The other side said “bulldoze it so we can build a resort” and a ton of American dipshits thought both sides were the same and abstained from voting.

Nothing I’ve seen in the last year has indicated to me that the American public has learned their lesson.

            I"m used to it.

My comment wasn’t for them. It was for anyone reading that wasn’t aware Dems were floating arms shipment cancellations and actually trying to broker a peace deal.

People need to be made aware that both sides are absolutely not the same. There’s young, impressionable minds out there. I’m sure they occasionally read my comments and the comments of others that are trying to combat misinformation.

It isn’t about one side being perfect. It’s about one side being way, way better than the other. It’s about making sure that side is in power so we have the flexibility, the opportunity, to bring about change. Cuz we ain’t getting that with the other side. Well, we are getting change with them, but not the good kind.

Can you provide any evidence at all that the death toll is higher under Trump than it was under Biden? Or is this just a vibes-based assessment?

One side was floating arms shipment cancellations and trying to broker a peace deal.

No side did this. Biden said he was going to do this, then he went behind congress multiple times to deliver weapons. Harris explicitly stated her policy on Gaza was the same as the Biden administration. Which would be useless ceasefires (ceasefires aren’t ceasefires if only one side stops), empty words, while fully materially supporting the genocide while also supplying US intelligence and personnel for the genocide.

Reading comprehension. I never said Biden DID cancel arms shipment cancellations. I said he floated doing so. It was a shot fired across Israel’s bow to see how they’d respond. That’s how you start dealing with an ally that’s doing things you don’t agree with.

            Question.

Do you remember Trump publicly expressing disapproval of Israel’s actions?

Do you remember Trump publicly floating arms shipment cancellations?

Do you remember Trump publicly attempting to broker a peace deal?

Cuz I viscerally remember Biden doing all those things.

            Not. The. Same.

              1. Trump disapproved of the optics of Israel taking so long with the Gaza erasure. So… Half credit?

              2. Not to my recollection, but that was never the ambition with his “peace through power” schtick.

              3. He made LOTS of hay about sending Witkoff over to try this, to the point that several posters here were grousing about the Logan Act.

Ehh, Biden talked a lot of shit- some of the most egregious were his red lines on Rafah. Yes he was a step up from our current admin (almost fucking everyone is), but he left a lot to be desired- especially concerning everyone’s favorite Mideast Democracy.

Sorry you’re getting downvoted. There’s this sickness among many liberals that think they can manifest their way to election victories. There’s this sick impulse to immediately deny any criticism or negative news about Democrats, even if acknowledging those failures is exactly what is needed for Democrats to win future elections. It’s the Blue MAGA gene, see no evil hear no evil speak no evil.

My god. The irony of stating liberals manifest while you manifest that they deny any criticism or negative news about Democrats.

The number of times I’ve seen liberals shit talk Democrats absolutely dwarfs the number of times I’ve seen conservatives shit talk Republicans.

Hit me up when you achieve self awareness.

Typical of puppets no longer told what to say nor paid to respond.

Now say something even more mentally lazy and void of substance as you appeal to the MAGA base.

Yeah that’s giving Americans far too much credit. One could imagine an educated populace could understand ‘Those willing to do genocide to others are willing to do it to you,’ but we are talking about the US here. They barely even go to school.
