    How about we hire ATC professionals who hold ATC certs and not funny YTubers who play one in a simulator 23.

      The screening process is unchanged. What’s being reported on it a recruitment campaign targeted at gamers encouraged them to apply. Apparently people responding to those ads have a higher passing rate on the screening tests than the historical 10% of applicants.
