Since today is both Star Trek’s 60th Anniversary and Taco Tuesday, I decided to recreate Tendi’s lunch of tacos and pudding from episode 1x04 of Lower Decks.

Part of me expected gagh-os, and I don’t know if I’m relieved or disappointed.
From a visual standpoint, one could make fajita gagh-os. Get the worm-like esthetic, without the mucking about of live food.

Looks great. Gonna need a little background info on both as I wipe the gleek from my keyboard.
They’re just kinda normal tacos (hard shell, beef, cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce), since that’s what it looked like Tendi had. Also, I added sour cream before realizing it wasn’t in the Trek version.
The pudding is pistachio Jell-O.
Can’t be too fancy or else the mess hall replicators wouldn’t have been programmed to make it!
