I’ve never seen that button reboot a switch. If held during a reboot it will interrupt the boot process but not initiate it.
As some mentioned, Cisco. 10 years ago I had to work with one of it’s partners, and this was a massive deal.
Spent months just making sure everywhere it was stated they had that issue.
