The Republican majority of North Carolina’s top court ruled earlier this month to keep Kennedy off the ballot there. Dissenting Democratic justices cited his New York litigation as an example of Kennedy fighting to get off the ballot in certain swing states while fighting to be on it in other states

Clearly none of this is happening in good faith.

Not that anyone thought it was; I just never thought it would be done so blatantly.

His reasoning to get off the ballot is basically that he is a spoiler candidate.

I can’t believe he’s so transparent that he is fighting to stay on in some of them.

Bro, a worm ate part of his brain, and then died because of mercury poisoning. Doing something blatantly obvious and stupid is par for the course for him now. Like, this is the same guy who chainsawed off the head of a beached whale and strapped it to his car’s roof.

Long gone. I think they gave up in the 90’s, and then then the whole “Tea Party” bullshit happened.

They’ve been iterating on this for decades, and still lose every fucking time. Kind of hilarious, but also absolutely terrifying.

    • It’s nonsense. I should think - in a country with reasonable rules - that the fact he’s encouraging folks in all states - presumably including New York - to vote for the GOP guy will be reason enough to keep him off.
