      It’s still useful though. As long as they can’t agree on specifics, the garbage won’t make it through Congress. If they increase cuts to Medicare, then maybe moderates oppose it (or at least GOP members in purple districts) and it still doesn’t get through… Maybe. If it does at that point, midterms will be a blood bath.

    I don’t understand how the GOP is arguing we need to simultaneously withdraw military operations around the world, but also increase military spending. There’s even already been cuts to some military programs like the cancellation of the M10 Booker light tank.
