But now is the time to focus on what IS positive at the moment, like how i’m still happily together with the wife. If i let the negavtives of the past take control, i’ll just stumble down a deep hole again and i don’t want that.

We all age and die. What matters is what we do with our lives.
I’m fine with dying, eventually. It’s aging I don’t want to go through.
