1/3 appears to be an eyeliner stencil. 4 and 6 are clothing. 5 is glass orbs full of low-freezing-point liquid so they stay liquid in a freezer but have high thermal mass. They are used in some woowoo skincare routines to cool skin.
2 is very weird. It’s an index finger that appears to be covered in glitter and tiny orbs.
I have the opinion that the asshole who chose the images, intentionally chose 6 even if it’s “unrelated” because it has a X and at a first glance people might click it thinking it’s a button to close the ad
And they cropped the finger to make it look an erect penis, to get clicks
What even ARE the products in these ads??? (Clicking just sends me to Temu)
Why are you using a Lemmy client with ads?
Take this, it’s open source and platform agnostic https://getvoyager.app/
Does lemmy even have ads or are they served by the whoever developed the app?
The latter
Why are you getting adds on Lemmy?!

Because they are using a client that injects ads into its feed.
I believe Boost does that
