I hate the stupid “5 stages of grief” model which never made ant sense to me, let alone applying it like this.
I found it annoying, and frankly just skipped to the end. This was an article full of nothing useful.
Plus it wasn’t about SaaS death, it was about the failure of leadership to have the proper target.
