I don’t think anybody is actually really in trouble getting replaced.

it’s not being replaced by AI that’s happening, it’s getting laid off because “we will be AI facing” or whatever buzzword the use as an excuse to fire more people.

Which leads to shittier market, which leads to less opportunities, which leads to lower/stagnating wages
