Not donate, that would mean it’s for a cause… Putin has said for a long time now he considers Alaska Russian property and wants it back. So Trump will just give it to him as if it was loaned from Russia.
This is also why Trump wants Canada and Greenland, he needs to find a way to balance things so it looks like a win for him…

I would not be surprised in the slightest if he invades Greenland by next year.
