I got two of those for my Birthday years ago.
In that year I did a roadtrip with friends around Scotland and visited “my” small plot of land and hugged “my” tree. It was a fun present to get my friends to call me lord the whole trip.
Also, as far as I remember it was a nature reserve too. and because it was divided into thousands of tiny plots it would be near impossible to buy the whole land and destroy the forest.
