I already knew that but I checked it out anyway because Portland looks like a lovely city and the webcams are nice.
In the age of social media it’s wild that anyone would entertain the notion that something is going on in a city that actually isn’t for more than a few seconds.
Replace city with country and you’ll understand.
Why would anyone fact check something they believe is true? Sounds pretty woke to me.
