The normies at the kennel club dog shows.
The anecdotal cultural zeitgeist of our animal-specific ignorance.
Humans.
I would be shocked if it turned out my dog didn’t have the canine equivalent of sensory processing disorder. She shows the same variations of discomfort, annoyance, and irritability I do when she encounters sensations she hates, even though we hate different things.
I genuinely thought this was already established as a possibility.
All Dogs Have ADHD.

My little girl was properly ADHD. I miss her. She was tiny and fluffy and adorable, with the focus and attention span that a gold fish would look down on.
