I then realized I can still eat the crap junk food I did before just keep to the serving size. So instead bringing a pack of Oreos to my computer and eating 8~13 while gaming I get 3 with half a glass of milk and leave the pack in the kitchen. Eventually I stopped buying Oreos and switched to nuts / fruit. Lost 20 lbs
