Yeah a lot of people are like that. Last I heard about 10% of a general population are psychopaths. And mind you, that’s for a “normal” population. In USA it must be near 50% to vote Trump in twice!
I suppose the extra 40% are cultural psychopaths, mentally poisoned by American society.
