    America won’t recover from this post-Trump era, unless the six Supreme Court justices that sanctioned this (Perdomo v Vasquez) even temporarily, are summarily removed from their positions.

      The Supreme Court can be expanded and term limits can be put on justices; so not all of what we’re seeing can’t be undone, within our lifetimes, for the justice department. However, a Supermajority trifecta is needed in the House, Senate, and White House. Justices can also be impeached if I am not mistaken.

    The blame for all this lies squarely at the feet of the Supreme Court and Merrick Garland.

    The court because they have given Trump carte blanche to act however he wants and Garland for being a pussy who had every opportunity to imprison him and didn’t.

    What will you say?

    More importantly, when the ICE Tonton Macoute finally get the day in court they richly deserve after the Trump regime is toppled, I’m curious to hear what they’ll say then before they’re sent to the slammer for life, or to the gas chamber. If the populace doesn’t get to them first.
