Yeah because it’s a systemic issue. It’s not just a few bad apples, it’s the entire way we let people have power and authority over other people. It’s about how we fetishize and idealize youth, and how we use patriarchy and violence to control people. We will just keep seeing this happen, again and again and again and again, until we either accept that humans should all be equal and free with no power over eachother, or until we go extinct.
