I don’t know. I think there is stuff that comes in a capsule form that he should be treated with liberally. If treated enough, he even would stand to lose some weight. He also wouldn’t be alive, but at least he would have lost weight.
He probably would have already, but I assume his doctors told him it would kill him. You don’t start unrelated new drugs when your health is so bad that you’re undergoing regular brain scans and cognitive tests.
