    That dude was representing his union not Ford Motor Company.

    Just because some company says “you are representing FORD” … the CEO of Ford doesn’t drive a Ford … is he get a pass because he is rich ?

    You don’t represent a company. You represent yourself.

      An employee on the work clock? Of course he is representing the company. If I see someone and they have a uniform then they are representing their company. They might be representing themself as well (personal reputation) but they are also representing their employer and their actions reflect on the company.

      I think Trump is a piece of shit but you are in the wrong in this regard.

        I agree with you, though I think in this case being unprofessional is warranted and worth it, but I totally understand suspension.
