This is it exactly. They were fine with brown people being hurt but can’t look past a nice white lady being shot in the face over someone’s ego.

Remember, these are the same people that believe hurricanes hit us to punish us for not being nasty enough to LGBT people. In their mind her ‘sinful ways’ caused her to be shot.
Something bad happens to someone else = punishment from God
Something bad happens to them = God is testing them
Well people like that will search for any excuse. This is a harder one than children in cages for these people, though, since it does go against the standard narrative.
The DOJ is working hard to find a reason to dehumanize her, I am sure they will “find” something that makes this OK.
