They’re not pre-prepped. You prep them yourself. You know, by chopping veggies and cutting meat.
What I told you to look up is videos. Tons of chefs and home cooks make videos on one pot meals.
The point is that you can make a meal without having a ton of pots and pans and other dishes to clean up. All you need is a cutting board and knife to prep and a utensil to toss/flip and stir the food in the pot/pan, then while the food is cooking you wash the cutting board and knife. When you’re done cooking you grab a spoon and eat out of the pot while watching TV or whatever. Then you go wash the pot and spoon and your cooking utensils. Wipe off the stove and any other areas that got splashed with cooking juices/grease.
It’s really not hard to cook these meals at all and they’re delicious. They often scale up easily so you can have a bunch of leftovers too, so you’re not even cooking every time you eat.
Edit: I’m leaving my comment up in case it’s helpful to anyone besides the miserable troll I was replying to (and have now blocked). You try to give someone advice in good faith and they throw it back in your face. Sheesh!
Counterpoint: You can actually cook delicious food for yourself if you want to
Okay, but have you considered that I don’t want to?
Additional point: if you can’t cook delicious food, there’s no one to complain about the food!
thank you for volunteering on doing the dishes.
One pot meals. Look them up! You don’t even need to use a serving bowl, just eat right out of the pot! Takes 30s to wash up after you eat!

I love how you immediately think folks are privileged enough to have access to 1🍲meals. Must be convenient to have access to pre-preped meals.

oh shit, you’re seriously telling me, a cooking professional, what to do?
I guess your floors are spotless too huh.
Counterpoint: You can totally clean the dishes as you go
I think you might have depression
I swear, you folks don’t cook delicious meals, and have a clean kitchen after all that work.
Tis y I prefer going to canteens: some cook, some prep, some clean.
