This is FOSS? I saw it recommended, went to the play store and saw that it was free so I was afraid that it was more of the same (most things aren’t really free)

You don’t need play store to install it (I use obtainium).
I recommend installing either a nightly or beta release.

I removed network access to the thing a year or more ago. Even so, I think it’s time. I’m so used to it that it’ll be a tough transition, but I’ll make it.
It was only a matter of time. Any good alternatives? Tried to go to One UI but I miss Nova
Took long enough, to be fair. Still glad I switched to Kiss launcher when the whole controversy started.
