Or celery with peanut butter if you want protein. That said I’m a food is fuel person and a heavy caffeine user so maybe I’m not the person to be giving advice.

A tablespoon a day is probably fine but slapping it willy nilly on apples without measuring puts it squarely in junk food territory.
