    Its only bad if you are an individual. Like that asshole who drove around at the beginning of covid and bought all the hand sanitizer and stuff. He had to give it all away or face arrest and everyone hated him. But not if you are company. Then its just good business.

    Both assholes but only one can be punished.

    the same reason a person gets 40 year prison for having CP materials (rightefully so), but politicians and billionaires are all straight up pedos going for trafficked minors in an island get a comfy government cover up

    The crux of the issue is whether or not they provide some sort of service or value to the user which is in good faith with the terms of the agreements or sale.

    If a scammer individual from China or India provides you at an exorbitant cost an app that tracks your fitness but in actuality is just a spreadsheet table that you fill out, it’s a civil issue.

    If a scammer corporation in your country promises you a 0% interest loan but instead withdraws a large sum from your bank account, it’s a criminal issue.
