First, apparently, it will be too expensive to have access to a personal computer, since that allows processing and/or distributing information which might dispute the approved narrative: hence the global hoarding of DRAM by AI companies. Then, travel will be made impractical, so we cannot organize against, relocate or flee our local governments.
