Since it’s home made and I haven’t got an oven capable of reaching sufficiently high temperatures (and / or a stone) and since it’s for the whole family and consequently done in a pan it’s slightly more Chicago than I’d like, even if the aim was New York style.
Still tasty though, especially as I used actual ham.
It’s hard to top homemade. Buon appetito! (Sorry for the Italian, I’m not sure what they use in NY, nor Chicago. I imagine they are not that friendly there maybe 😏)
What could be more appropriate than Italian in the context of pizza of any kind? It is a beautiful language and thus a little Italian is always welcome, whether pizza is involved or not.
